Level 3 First Responder: First-response qualification such as FREC 3 plus TMS competency sign-off. Our deployment label for this grade.
Level 4 Medical Responder: Level 4 qualification, medicines training and authorisation, TMS competency sign-off.
EMT / AAP: Emergency Medical Technician / Associate Ambulance Practitioner — may lead suitable events operationally.
Paramedic: HCPC-registered practitioner providing registered clinical leadership where required.
Event Team Leader: Operational appointment coordinating staff, deployment, comms, event control liaison and escalation.
Doctor / specialist clinician: Added where identified by the medical needs assessment or event requirements.
